When you take your vehicle into these guys, they do a great job explaining their findings and the options for addressing them, and then sit back, let you think about, and wait til you tell them how'd you'd like to proceed. It's refreshing in a world that focuses on a bottom line over customer needs, and based on all the 5 star reviews they have, I know I'm not the only one that feels respected as a customer and notices the difference. They recently had to do a pretty large job on my 4WD system, and when they found an additional item that needed to be addressed, they were very considerate of my target budget and were able to work with me to keep the cost around what they had initially quoted by switching some things around. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else.
